DINAMARCA E RETROCESSO
DINAMARCA E O RETROCESSO
A recente lei
aprovada pelo Parlamento da Europa, espelha um aspecto obscuro e sangrio da
história da humanidade, conforme já reiteradamente noticiado pela imprensa
mundial, especialmente as entidades de proteção aos direitos humanos.
Sou católico,
espiritualizado, e, pretenso cientista, de modo que valores que não se coadunam
com a estrutura da evolução da humanidade, e, erros históricos mesmo da
religião que pertenço, não endosso, buscando o olhar crítico e equidistante de
modo que, coletar peças particulares de ouro, desprezando valores sentimentais
de seu apego, ainda mais quem se origina dos horrores da guerra, deixam
valores, como as lembranças de entes queridos e familiares deixados para trás
como se fosse possível atribuir valor financeiro a referida chaga.
Quero dizer com
isto, que a chaga da Igreja Católica na busca de peças de ouro de seus fiéis
com destinos escusos, assim como o confisco Alemão sobre os Judeus, na mesma
natureza, e, mais recentemente, este episódio lamentável na Dinamarca do qual
passo a tratar, buscando alguma isenção.
O olhar histórico
sobre guerras, espólios, e destinos de vítimas de guerras, como familiares de
guerreiros e perseguidos, demonstra que a humanidade deu destino nada exemplar para
as gerações vindouras, no trato com seus semelhantes.
A grande questão não
é espoliar peças de valor sentimental, é fazer incorporar pessoas a sociedade
constituídas, de modo a evitar conflitos.
A sociedade local,
se sentindo desprotegida de os valores poupados não estarem a seus serviços e
dispor, reclama solução para adequação da sociedade em processo de êxodo.
A questão não é o
destino provisório das verbas assistências, e, vai muito mais além, em
processos de ajustes de castas sociais e grandes demandas populacionais em
regimes migratórios, sem qualquer perspectiva de solução de regime de trabalho
e consequentes valores de bem-estar de vida.
A questão posta é
centrar as forças na capacidade de aceitação de novas demandas laborativas,
para o fim de adequação das classes sociais residentes em relação as que
chegam.
Na história
contemporânea, dois valores podem servir de referência para se obter solução ao
conflito existente, sem precisar recorrer ao recurso extremo de invasão de
noções básicas de civilidade e existência humana.
O primeiro diz
respeito às frentes de trabalho, mesmo diante do “general inverno”, e, que,
tiveram como resultado, ao par do fato de regimes de trabalhos injustos e
segregacionistas, papel preponderante no desenvolvimento das sociedades.
Como os regimes de
trabalhos, nos dias de hoje, principalmente depois da segunda guerra, devem ter
como condicionantes regime e condições de trabalho justos e contraprestação de
salário à altura do trabalho desempenhado, a sociedade atônita ante o volume de gente atingida e que chega aos
portões dos países desenvolvidos ser muito além de capacidade normal de
recepção de estrangeiros, o Estado, aturdido, se torna incapaz, de perceber, o
que este novo fenômeno pode trazer de positivo para ambos os lados revelados no
novo conceito social.
Em verdade, a
sociedade buscou escravos e presidiários, para abrir frentes de trabalhos,
rodovias, ferrovias, e estabelecer desenvolvimento por onde passou.
O regime é outro, mas
a necessidade de antes, não deixou de existir, mas agora sob outro prisma, ou
seja, o que a atual sociedade desenvolvida e condensada, pode extrair de
positivo para fins de desenvolvimento, saída de crise, solução de conflitos
interpessoais, e, estabelecer a paz social.
A ideia que deve em
primeiro lugar ser ultrapassada, é o quanto uma sociedade desenvolvida, pode e
deve ainda se desenvolver; e, ao utilizar esta nova força de trabalho, como
fazer para tornar justapostos os grupos pessoais em disputa, tornando-os
equilibrados e harmônicos entre si.
Alguns valores são
de fácil solução e demandam interesse de, sem colidir com os normativos da
União Europeia, nem de estabelecer injustas, estabelecer as frentes de
trabalhos, com foco no crescimento econômico de modo a gerar crescimento
conjunto e harmonia.
Esclarecendo e
exemplificando, o conceito social que chega no país desenvolvido, pode servir
de força de trabalho, em frentes, para estabelecer pontos de crescimento em
pontos de fraqueza do país desenvolvido em questão.
Por exemplo, é
sabido, que os grandes problemas de mobilidade urbana, dão conta da necessidade
de estabelecimento de novas soluções aos grandes aglomerados urbanos, principalmente
no problema endêmico dos horários de “rush”.
Os cientistas hoje que
divulga projetos fazem crer existir um paralelo quase inatingível ou
intangível, entre os problemas e as soluções.
Em verdade, nenhuma
das soluções de conflitos desta natureza passa sequer perto da solução,
Como se trata de
problema cuja solução este articulista já desenvolveu e resolveu, me coloco à
disposição das sociedades desenvolvidas para demonstrar como possui o ponto de
equilíbrio e crescimento necessários a evitar acirramento de conflitos, e,
sobretudo, conseguir a tão almejada paz social.
